Your main responsibilities will include: You will be a key contributor to our comforter production line, performing tasks such as: Direct support in sewing machine operations (teamwork in pairs). Positioning and securing parts on equipment. Routing materials for quality inspection and final packaging. Organizing and packing items for shipment. What we are looking for: **Profile:** Dynamic individuals with willingness for hands-on work and production-paced environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** Discipline, commitment to scheduled working hours, and ease in collaborating within a team. **Education:** Completed elementary school (minimum requirement). **Residence:** Easy access to the factory in Benedito Novo or neighboring cities. Compensation and Benefits: **Salary:** R$ 1.800,00. **Multi Card (VA + VR):** R$ 450.00/month. **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 200.00 (paid via payroll). **Transportation Benefit:** 6% deduction as per law. **Contract Type:** Temporary (6–9 months), offering genuine opportunities for learning and development.
