Description: * Experience in procurement; Completed undergraduate degree * * Conduct critical/strategic analysis of your supplier portfolio to manage suppliers, and when necessary, develop new suppliers—requesting samples, forwarding them to other involved departments—to identify new business opportunities with regard to quality, supply continuity, and cost reduction; * Monitor price developments of key raw materials (Cost Drivers) included in your supplier portfolio; * Lead price negotiations with suppliers—either upon their request or proactively in response to market cost fluctuations—using market intelligence and supplier performance data (IDF); * Participate in daily feedback meetings and War Room sessions to support manufacturing and planning departments, as well as follow-up activities; * Collaborate with suppliers experiencing supply issues, providing support to the follow-up team; * Negotiate and review commercial contracts (Legal) for raw material suppliers; * Analyze sales volumes and purchasing requirements. * Monitor gross margin, excess inventory levels, stock-out items, and plan improvements; * Establish, monitor, and enforce commercial agreements (e.g., bonuses, invoice discounts, deposits for marketing initiatives or gross margin improvement); * Execute low-volume and low-value purchases within the defined portfolio, negotiating prices and payment/delivery terms to optimize procurement costs and meet supply needs; * Ensure product quality at the time of purchase by requesting samples and, if necessary, technical evaluations to guarantee compliance with purchase orders and established technical specifications; * Participate in training and development programs recommended by the HR department to broaden knowledge with a focus on improving results/performance; * Proactively monitor sectoral KPIs to enhance contribution potential and exceed established targets; * Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards; * Assist in other duties inherent to the position/department. 251212020250566667
