Verify purchase orders against invoices, checking balances, unit prices, and product codes. Record tax documents in the ERP system, including electronic purchase invoices, service invoices, CTe (Transportation Electronic Invoice), billing statements, and tax payment slips. Perform product valuation. Register suppliers. Review and update supplier, product, and linkage registrations to ensure correct calculation of tax credits. Update and register unit-of-measurement conversions. Submit tax documents to the accounting department. Organize and archive tax documents. Provide support and assist other departments with tax-related matters. Process freight replacement write-offs as indicated on invoices. Observe and comply with the company’s technical, administrative, and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Tax Analyst, Tax Consultant, Fiscal Compliance Specialist, or Tax Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
