Job Summary: Eletropoll Group is seeking a professional to monitor production, generate manufacturing orders, control progress, optimize inventory, and collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor machine stoppages, material requisition orders, and machine downtime in coordination with production, providing appropriate support to ensure timely deliveries. 2\. Generate manufacturing orders for finished and semi-finished products. 3\. Send order picking lists to shipping and warehouse departments and monitor order picking progress with the shipping team. 4\. Develop detailed production schedules, considering resource capacity, raw material availability, and delivery deadlines. Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. 5\. Monitor and control production progress against established plans. Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure production objectives are met on time and within budget. 6\. Collaborate with the procurement department to maintain appropriate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods. Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure availability to meet customer demand. 7\. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma programs, to foster a culture of operational excellence and innovation. 8\. Collaborate closely with other departments—including sales, procurement, quality, and engineering—to ensure seamless integration of PPCP activities across the company. 9\. Prepare performance and monitoring reports, including departmental expenses and area processes. 10\. Conduct periodic production performance analyses to identify improvement areas and optimization opportunities. Develop and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste. 11\. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop production plans aligned with market demand and the company’s strategic objectives. This may involve analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and setting production targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\. Receive and inspect materials from suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and required quality standards for operations. This includes verifying quantities, quality, and item integrity. 2\. Supply and handle materials per requests from production and process departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items needed for operational activities. 3\. Store materials in an organized manner in the warehouse, using appropriate identification and labeling methods to facilitate quick and accurate access. Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure proper material control. 4\. Work closely with production, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure an efficient and coordinated supply chain. Communicate regularly with these teams to understand material requirements and anticipate potential issues or delays. 5\. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure continuous availability of required materials. Communicate with relevant departments to identify replenishment needs and prevent material shortages. 6\. Maintain accurate records of all material receipt and issue transactions, including receiving notes, purchase orders, and distribution logs. Ensure compliance with internal documentation procedures and regulations. 8\. Generate purchase requests for items based on low-stock material requirements.
