Job Summary: The professional will attend to customers, offer services and products, provide specialized technical services, and conduct surveys via telemarketing, following scripts and guidelines to prospect, retain, or recover customers. Being part of the largest orthodontics network in Brazil Attend to customers, offer services and products, provide specialized technical services, conduct surveys, perform collections, and register customers — all exclusively via telemarketing — following pre-planned and controlled scripts and guidelines to prospect, retain, or recover customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow work instructions specified in the company's Standard Operating Procedures manual; * Keep your workplace always clean and organized. * Make calls to customers to promote or sell services; * Attend to customers by phone and/or other communication channels; * Schedule evaluations for prospective customers identified through promotional campaigns; * Record in the system information related to performed activities; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys according to company standards; * Perform sales follow-up activities such as sending letters, faxes, or e\-mails; * Contact delinquent customers to schedule meetings to renegotiate outstanding debts, per internal company policy; * Identify delinquent customers based on data available in the computerized system; * Reschedule appointments for customers who missed their consultations and/or evaluations, per company manual and standards. * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions promoted by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Intermediate computer skills; * Customer service and negotiation skills; * Sales techniques; * Strong communication skills.
