Provide user support for low- and medium-complexity system incidents. 2. Define and generate BI reports. 3. Guide and train users for optimal system utilization. 4. Escalate high-complexity incidents to system partners. 5. Lead system projects, including analysis, configuration, implementation, testing, and user training. 6. Manage existing database usage and update them as required. 7.
