Coordinate daily maintenance/tooling team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines. 2\. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. 3\. Diagnose maintenance issues and identify effective solutions to minimize downtime. 4\. Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not interfere with regular company operations. 5\. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities. 6\. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including incident reports and maintenance histories. 7\. Provide technical support and guidance for resolving complex maintenance issues. 8\. Schedule production units based on orders/loads. 9\. Ensure on-time delivery according to machine capacity and sales portfolio load, and related matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in related fields. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial utility maintenance. Experience with maintenance area KPIs.
