So move with us!* \#we**move**towin **Job Description** Promote the technical and behavioral development of the team through training, feedback, and continuous performance monitoring; Plan, organize, and monitor operational activities to ensure efficiency in logistics processes; Monitor and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing deviations and improvement opportunities; Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, aiming to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. **Attention! This position is exclusively for the 2nd shift.** **Qualifications** * Technical education preferably in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering; * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Knowledge of interpreting fiscal and transportation documents; * Knowledge of WMS; * Intermediate/advanced English is a plus; * Availability to work the 2nd shift. **Additional Information*** Position is open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals. * We do not hire individuals under 16 years of age and oppose child labor.
