




Job Summary: This internship provides technical and operational support for the OEM Platform, developing projects, driving continuous improvement, and integrating processes using agile methodologies within a team of engineers and specialists. You will provide technical and operational support to the **OEM Platform**, working alongside engineers, analysts, and specialists from various areas to develop projects, drive continuous improvement, and integrate processes. You will participate in activities related to product development, manufacturing processes, quality, automation, and logistics, with strong interaction with agile methodologies and squad rituals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support engineering projects focused on the OEM Platform, emphasizing continuous improvement, performance, and cross-functional integration; * Assist in the analysis and execution of technical tests and studies; * Contribute to automation initiatives and the application of Industry 4.0 technologies; * Participate in squad meetings and rituals (daily stand-ups, reviews, and planning sessions); * Support the identification of technical requirements and monitoring of production processes; * Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Product Development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, or related fields; * Interest in agile methodologies and collaborative squad-based work; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); * Availability for 6 hours per day of in-person internship in Brusque/SC; * Commitment to a minimum internship duration of 1 year; Advantages: * Familiarity with **Power BI** for data and KPI analysis. * Knowledge of **CAD** tools and technical drawing. * Academic or practical experience in **process automation**. * Experience with or interest in **squad-based work models** and agile methodologies. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend: R$2.300,00; Meals provided at the company; Transportation allowance; Outpatient medical care and reimbursement for medications; Dental plan; Housing assistance for candidates from other cities; Access to training and professional development programs; Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
