Opportunities for career growth and development We are seeking an IT Technician to perform hardware equipment maintenance, especially for laptops and desktops. The professional will be responsible for: - Performing general hardware maintenance, including formatting and repair of laptops and desktops. - Replacing damaged screens, keyboards, and chassis. - Conducting equipment performance and benchmark testing. - Providing remote support (Help Desk) and assistance for networked printers. - Maintaining and administering networks, as well as providing support for Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.). - Recording all activities in our Service Order system. - Organizing the workplace and company vehicle. - Performing basic electronic board repairs, including soldering.
