Our focus is on customer satisfaction through adherence to defined SLA levels, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, communication, and effective problem resolution. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Handle incidents across the Senior ecosystem, Platform, and its technology tools—closely tied to Java virtual machines, REST and SOAP communications, web services, database connectivity, environment permissions, LDAP, networks, firewalls, permissions, operating system issues, and related areas—by identifying root causes and guiding customers toward solutions. * You will understand, simulate, and provide—with supervision—information/steps to replicate the issue for the team responsible for releasing the solution.
