Operational Management
* Shift team coordination
* Production and quality control
* Achievement of productivity targets
* Optimization of production processes
* Management of operational KPIs
People Management
* Leadership of 40 employees
* Management of work schedules and breaks
* Operational training
* Performance evaluation
* Organizational climate management
Quality and Safety
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Quality control of materials
* Conducting Daily Safety Talks (DDS)
* Field inspections
* Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Interface and Reporting
* Shift handover
* Production reporting
* Coordination with maintenance
* Anomaly reporting
* Communication with management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education
Experience in people management
Knowledge of production processes
