About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/registering merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and submitting end-of-shift financial reports. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cashier, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and predefined standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting the product code table; checking product labels, scale weight, and system accuracy; processing payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing and delivering reports to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services; identifying missing items and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end losses through preventive actions, such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and expediting returns of perishable goods; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks whenever necessary, including shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiration date verification, gift wrapping, etc.; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
