Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; correct pricing; adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and delivering integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and delivering integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; sector organization, cleaning, and sanitation; expiration date verification according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out), as well as compliance with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products and products with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Dr. Pedro Zimmermann, 7155 \- Itoupava Central \- Blumenau, SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour break) Compensation allowance for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Stores Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Disciplinary Evaluation Professional Advancement * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
