Job Summary: Junior Implementation Analyst responsible for training customers on the Spincare tool, configuring the system, providing support during implementation, tracking schedules, and generating support materials. Development of support materials and schedule tracking Technology is seeking a Junior Implementation Analyst in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** Conduct customer training on the Spincare tool, monitoring their progress. Perform system configuration together with the customer. Provide customer support during the implementation period. Track implementation schedules. Generate execution minutes and develop support materials for customers. On-site work in Blumenau / SC. Previous experience as an Implementation Assistant, Technical Support Analyst, Integration Coordinator, or Onboarding Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
