Main Responsibilities: * Contact and negotiation with international suppliers * Monitoring of import processes (from order placement to delivery) * Support in order management, deadlines, and follow-ups * Verification and organization of import documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.) * Interface with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and cargo agents * Updating internal systems and controls * Communication with internal departments (purchasing, finance, logistics) * Support in controlling international logistics costs and processes Requirements: * Prior experience in foreign trade * Experience with import processes * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines * Strong communication skills and analytical mindset * Proficiency in Excel and control systems Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in industries, automation companies, or machinery companies * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed salary (open to negotiation) * Meal allowance of R$ 550.00 * Unimed health insurance plan * Uniodonto dental insurance plan * Profit-sharing program Salary Range: R$2.500,00 - R$5.500,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
