Assistance in accounting closing **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative/financial routines; * Residency within easy access to Blumenau/SC; * Collaborative, proactive, calm, and patient profile. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Provide support to internal employees; perform invoice and bill postings in the internal system; issue invoices/bills for certain service providers; post freight forwarder invoices in the operational system; verify and reconcile invoices flagged in the Tax Audit System (Malha Fina); assist in accounting closing; register supplier contracts.
