Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and cleaning the facilities of the Distribution Center, aiming to maintain hygienic conditions, a pleasant and healthy environment for employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper use of and maintain organization in the workplace and equipment. 2. Follow internal safety and hygiene standards according to established guidelines. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for organizing and cleaning the facilities of the Distribution Center, aiming to maintain hygienic conditions, a pleasant and healthy environment for employees, while complying with internal safety and hygiene standards according to established guidelines. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Perform cleaning and organization of Distribution Center facilities (kitchenette, restrooms, warehouse, tables, chairs, glass surfaces, floors, etc.), using brooms, mops, scrub brushes, appropriate cloths, marking areas to be cleaned and/or wet, dusting, sweeping, washing, cleaning, removing dust and debris, etc., aiming to maintain hygienic conditions, a pleasant and healthy environment for employees, while complying with internal safety and hygiene standards according to established guidelines; Ensure proper use of and maintain organization in the workplace and equipment used; request adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Collect, package, and deliver company waste to designated final disposal locations; Monitor and maintain inventory control of cleaning and hygiene supplies, requesting replenishment as needed; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Rua Gustavo Zimmermann, 1365 \- Itoupava Central Blumenau \- SC **Working hours:** 07:00 to 15:20, with a 1-hour break **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Retail Store Purchase Benefits Attendance Bonus Life Insurance GTOP Premia Program Employee Referral Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
