Grupo Educacional Bom Jesus is looking for a professional to assume the position of Administrative Assistant at our Bom Jesus Santo Antônio Unit in Blumenau/SC. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management. Billing verification, budgeting, and procurement. Communication with parents, suppliers, and pedagogical advisors. Event organization, travel reservations, and hotel bookings. Inventory control. Contract management, documentation review, permits, and notary procedures. Other duties inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
