Job Summary: Assist in butchery operations, including selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking of meats, as well as customer service and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets, as well as placing trimmings, fat, and tallow into the collector box for sale to the bone factory; Support prompt customer service through continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by controlling inventory through frequent stock counts and proper handling and storage of meat; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the area, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates, performing daily inspections, and removing products with damaged or expired packaging or lacking identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate Flexible availability for work hours; **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Work schedule:** 16:00–19:00, 19:20–22:20 (6 hours daily) **Benefits:** Health insurance plan Dental insurance plan Pharmacy discount program Shopping discount program at group stores Life insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
