Grupo Educacional Bom Jesus is looking for a professional to assume the role of Administrative Assistant at our Bom Jesus Santo Antônio Unit in Blumenau/SC. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management. Billing verification, budgeting, and procurement. Service to parents, suppliers, and pedagogical advisors. Event organization, travel reservations, and hotel bookings. Inventory control. Contract management, document verification, permits, and notary procedures. Other duties inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. Proficiency with Google Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
