If you are seeking new challenges, professional knowledge, high-quality infrastructure, and an engaged team, then you are exactly who our team is looking for! **Responsibilities**: * Reconcile accounting accounts; * Advise employees, clients, and suppliers on aspects of accounting legislation and its applicability within the company; * Interpret and apply provisions of accounting legislation to ensure compliance of operations, performing necessary configurations in the computerized system; * Issue, verify, and submit ancillary obligations/documents to competent authorities (federal, state, and municipal) under the Accounting Department’s responsibility; * Issue, submit, and resolve pending issues arising from the issuance of negative debt certificates; * Manage the company’s fixed assets (acquisition, identification, location, and disposal); * Perform routines for monthly closings; * Ensure physical inventories of corporate assets are conducted; * Audit inventory processes; * Ensure accurate calculation of product and material costs. * Verify and keep fiscal, accounting, and financial system parameters up to date, focusing on maximizing tax credit utilization. * Prepare managerial reports. * Perform other tasks related to the role, as determined by management. * Carry out duties in compliance with applicable national and company regulations and legislation. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of financial forecasting and financial mathematics. * Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation. * Proven experience in the field; ***What you’ll find here:*** * Pharmacy benefit; * KPI bonus; * Unimed Health Plan (after probation period); * Rest room for break times; * Fruit Day; * Free parking; * Birthday bonus (Caju); * SESC benefits (gym, language courses, various discounts); * Transportation allowance (if required); * Cafeteria and internal kitchen; * Corporate training programs for your development; * Banked hours; * University tuition discounts (CDL partnership); * An engaged, welcoming environment with real growth opportunities.
