




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising store operations, managing the team, organizing products, and promoting sales to ensure efficiency and organization in the retail environment. Team supervision and layout organization ABOUT US GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicate price re-tagging instructions to department heads, visit all departments, and prioritize key issues, * Verify whether assigned changes and tasks have been implemented, manage and schedule employee working hours, * Manage and schedule employee time off, inspect store cleanliness and organization, * Maintain harmonious store layout and implement point-of-sale initiatives, * Ensure all warehouse merchandise is displayed in the sales area, * Report stockouts to the commercial department, * Manage merchandise rotation in the sales area and promote additional display points for low- and medium-turnover items.
