Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-desk cashier activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily serving customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in customer service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure implementation of front-desk cashier operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing loading into PDVs and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying inquiries; monitoring cashier transaction discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organizing informational and support meetings; and attending to customers across various requests; Ensure correct execution of daily cashier cash withdrawals and closings, including physical cash counting and system reconciliation, to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing front-desk cashier losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, potential thefts, and expediting returns of perishable items, etc.; Oversee personnel management regarding shift scheduling, overtime bank, vacations, and other work-hour-related matters by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR department and advising employees accordingly; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Specific Knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional Information:** Fully on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities
