We are looking for a Collections Assistant to work in strategic operations, serving customers across Brazil and directly contributing to the company's financial health. **What You Will Do:** * Negotiate with delinquent customers; * Build long-term relationships; * Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions; * Help reduce delinquency and strengthen customer experience. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed high school education; * Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills and a negotiation-oriented profile; * Resilience and organizational skills; * Comfort working with goals and routine; * Experience in collections or negotiation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in collections; * Experience negotiating with delinquent customers; * Knowledge of financial mathematics is a plus. ?
