Become a Benner! **Responsibilities and Duties** This opportunity is to work with Cloud computing services on the platform—Oracle OCI and On-premises Network. We manage Cloud SaaS and IaaS environments. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing customer accounts on the cloud platform; * Installing and configuring services in Cloud environments; * Performing version, service pack, and release updates for installed applications; * Configuring resources for environment and service monitoring; * Planning and executing data migration; * Creating automated routines for Cloud environment deployment and maintenance; * Working on operational team improvement projects (auto-scaling / resource monitoring / environment and routine automation, etc.); * Conducting contingency testing for cloud infrastructure (disaster recovery, backup recovery, application recovery); * Configuring and maintaining backup routines; * Providing first-level support to Benner customers; * Managing the Oracle OCI Cloud support partner; * Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes; * Participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent problem recurrence; * Guiding / supporting / training continuous development of the team and departments such as Development and Sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems; * Basic Database experience, preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; * Experience with task automation; * Knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting; * Skills in infrastructure performance analysis; * Knowledge of Cloud, Oracle OCI; * Theoretical knowledge of Shell Script (Linux) or Python programming. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform); * Cloud certification (Operations and/or Architecture). **Additional Information** * Meal and food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Breakfast provided daily; * Free parking; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Corporate university; * Certification incentives (additional bonus); * Allowances: education, wedding, childcare, maternity/paternity; * TotalPass; * Maternity/Paternity allowance: hospital discharge kit for newborns; * Fresh fruit three times per week; * Trust Mini-Market; * Hybrid work model; * Partnership with Prisma Psychology: exclusive discounted rates for psychotherapy sessions for employees and dependents; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
