We are seeking an **Infrastructure and Technology Support Analyst** to focus on cloud environments (AWS), security, and technical support, ensuring our entire technological infrastructure operates with excellence and stability. What you will do here: * Assist in maintaining **AWS** environments, backup and restore of servers and databases; * Maintain MKS infrastructure (cloud and physical), managing **Windows and Linux**; * Provide support for network and internet issue troubleshooting; * Create and maintain **security rules** (firewall, VPNs, user authentication); * Offer support to internal and external users, both on-site and remotely; * Configure, install, and maintain **workstations, laptops, and peripherals**; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on **computers and printers**; * Support internal infrastructure (cabling, routers, equipment); * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper operation of equipment and facilities; * Carry out related infrastructure and support activities as required by the department. Your main responsibilities: * Ensure the **full functionality of the company's network, internet, and server infrastructure**; * Conduct **preventive and corrective monitoring** of systems and equipment; * Administer **cloud resources (AWS)** with focus on availability and security; * Manage inventory of equipment and software licenses; * Document configurations, topologies, and internal technical manuals; * Collaborate with development and engineering teams for solution integration; * Propose **continuous improvements** in infrastructure and support processes. \* * What will be a plus: * Experience with **AWS environments, networks, and operating systems**; * Knowledge of **firewall, VPNs, and information security**; * Good communication skills, **proactivity, and attention to detail**; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines and quality.
