Description: Essential: * Bachelor's degree in Technology-related field; * Experience in LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network administration; * Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.); * Experience with network equipment (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls), HPE Aruba, Cisco, Forcepoint, or similar; * Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and observability tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, ThousandEyes, Wireshark; * Experience with Data Center and Cloud projects; * Experience with SD-WAN; * Knowledge of network security and best practices; * Familiarity with SIP protocol (IP telephony environments); * Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM, as well as on-call availability. A plus: * Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL; * Experience with Cisco ACI; * Knowledge/experience with Forcepoint; * Knowledge in Automation; Work on network and telecommunications operations, providing support for services managed by the respective area, aiming at stability and resolution of issues and incidents; Execute business and network/telecom infrastructure projects using agile and waterfall methodologies, aiming to support the cooperative's strategies; Implement and manage network and telecom services in Hybrid Cloud environments, headquarters, and branches of cooperatives to deliver stable and secure connectivity; Carefully analyze aspects of availability, security, performance, and efficiency of data networks in Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, On-Premises Data Centers, Headquarters, and Branches of Cooperatives, aiming to increase service stability; Participate in or lead projects, considering market trend solutions to improve our telecommunications environment; Support the procurement team in acquiring network and telecom solutions through technical analysis and explanations, enabling better understanding and higher quality in purchases and contract maintenance; Carefully analyze technical proposals and promote the creation of RFPs to define parameters that will assist in hiring new vendors and new solutions; Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with changes in network infrastructure, developing effective processes to minimize operational disruptions and ensure service continuity and operational security; Maintain updated technical documentation, including network diagrams, operational procedures, and equipment configurations, to facilitate problem resolution and enable knowledge transfer to other employees. 2509110202521746125
