Job Summary: The professional will investigate and identify automotive needs, perform services and installations safely and with high quality, promote products using technical knowledge, and proactively communicate irregularities. Promotion of products with technical knowledge * Investigate and identify the customer's vehicle needs, ensuring service aligned with the company's value proposition; * Perform product installation and removal, and deliver sold services to customers, prioritizing safety and quality in accordance with the company's technical standards; * Promote and demonstrate DPaschoal products and services through technical expertise, enabling customers to become increasingly informed about their vehicle maintenance needs and appropriate solutions; * Possess technical knowledge of performed services to convey confidence and transparency when communicating information to customers; * Be proactive and report possible irregularities to the company, such as issues with the customer's vehicle or company equipment.
