Prepares materials and constructs drainage and sewage systems Under supervision and guidance, performs general construction and maintenance activities for environments, structures, and projects, including masonry, concrete work, finishing tasks, and maintenance of facilities at the House, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of constructions and renovations; installs bricks, blocks, tiles, wooden and metallic frames, doors and windows, flooring, sanitary ware, and other ceramic materials using mortar; prepares materials for finishing and masonry (mortar and concrete); applies plaster and stucco to walls, columns, beams, and floors; pours concrete into forms using mechanical or manual methods; uses concrete vibrators; performs finishing during plastering or concrete pouring using straightedges, trowels, and floats; constructs drainage and sewage systems. Requirements: Completed elementary education; vocational training in civil construction is desirable.
