This is where you will shine * Issue purchase orders (Raw Materials, Manufacturing, Various Materials, etc.); * Generate Minimum Stock Reports and monitor inventories to ensure material availability for operational needs; * Purchase various materials (office supplies, hygiene and cleaning) when necessary; * Monitor deliveries and pending reports; * Track deliveries and reports of items held by third parties; * Monitor Nonconformity Reports (RNCF) and related supplier communications; * Manage supplier interactions regarding nonconforming materials identified upon receipt or during production; * Update/maintain Price and Minimum Stock tables; * Issue purchase requisitions (PR) as required by the department; * Receive suppliers and/or representatives; * Conduct supplier visits (when necessary); * Monitor materials requested according to Technical Support needs; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure purchases under the best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time; * Issue purchase orders and send them to suppliers, monitoring delivery progress and fulfillment of all negotiated terms; * Identify suppliers of products and services to establish alternative sourcing options and/or cost reduction/localization opportunities; * Perform order follow-up with suppliers; * Assess supplier quality and reliability; * Request registration of new suppliers in the SAP system as needed; * Collect data and fill in departmental performance indicators; * Suggest and implement actions aimed at cost reduction and improvement in supply quality; * Perform other related tasks as required by departmental and company needs.
