Because it’s more than a job opening—it’s an opportunity at Senior. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We are seeking a professional to join the Customer for Life project, an initiative focused on communicating with Senior’s customer base and transforming this relationship into growth through cross-sell and up-sell. If you have experience in content creation, understand the customer journey, and know how to operate marketing automation tools to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time—this role is for you! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and execute content strategy targeted at the customer base; * Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the customer base; * Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, and Commercial teams; * Produce content aligned with the customer journey. What will you do day-to-day? Day-to-day, you’ll partner with PMAs and the area’s planner to identify opportunities within the customer base and define the optimal timing and format of communication to convert them.
