Job Summary: Responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, including candidate profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and assessments, as well as strengthening employer branding. Strengthening employer branding **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST.** **Location:** Caixa d’Água, Guaramirim / SC. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for conducting end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, including aligning candidate profiles with managers, strategically posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting competency-based interviews, and administering assessments when required. Preparing technical reports, monitoring R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, and hiring accuracy), supporting new employee onboarding, and strengthening employer branding. Working closely with leadership to continuously improve talent attraction and retention processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection * Experience conducting competency-based interviews * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, proactive, and analytical mindset **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance fully covered by the company * Life insurance * Health plan (Unimed): effective after 90 days, with co-payment * Dental plan (SESI): at no cost * Attendance bonus: R$ 170.00 credited to the meal card **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM\.
