This professional serves as the hotel’s commercial engine — responsible for attracting people and events, and closing partnerships; this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor sales activities with your client portfolio to meet/exceed the unit’s budget targets, as well as those of your portfolio. * Activities may include various types such as visits, calls, lunches, site inspections, happy hours, etc., aiming to enhance interaction and customer loyalty between hotels and clients. * Monitor and manage your portfolio’s production for your hotel and the group via Salesforce, ensuring all qualitative and quantitative information is updated. * Monitor and manage your portfolio’s production for your hotel and the group via Salesforce, ensuring all qualitative and quantitative information is updated. * Ensure accuracy of recorded information and commitment to keeping the Salesforce tool updated.
