Manage budget, suppliers, and risks, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance. Serve as the executive focal point, facilitating forums, strategic communication, and governance to ensure transparency and engagement. Promote synergy among projects and cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration, autonomy, and high-impact deliverables. Schedule planning (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana). Risk, scope, cost, and quality management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential:** **Hybrid work in Blumenau.** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Technology, or Business completed. Certifications: PMP (mandatory), SAFe, PMI-ACP. English (intermediate level). Experience with methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (PMBOK). Prior experience coordinating projects or supporting projects. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Experience in problem solving and decision making. Leadership of complex projects, strategic KPIs, mastery of hybrid methodologies. Strategic leadership, organizational influence, business acumen, high risk appetite, governance, high-level negotiation skills, change management, and project culture.
