This position plays a critical role in generating new commercial opportunities and strengthening the company's sales funnel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting and B2B lead qualification * Perform initial outreach via multiple channels (phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, and others) Identify pain points, needs, and business potential of leads * Record interactions and update information in the CRM * Schedule product demonstrations and forward qualified opportunities to the sales team * Conduct follow\-ups with leads and monitor stages of the sales pipeline * Support tracking of departmental metrics and results Requirements: * Prior experience as an SDR or in a similar role * Basic knowledge of active prospecting (cold calling, cold e\-mail, and social selling) * Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) * Strong communication skills and ability to conduct commercial conversations * Organizational skills for managing tasks and follow\-ups **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or courses in IT, sales, or related fields * English language proficiency * Experience with sales automation tools Benefits * Meal Allowance (Caju): BRL 36.14 per day * Transportation Benefit (Blumob) or Fuel Allowance (Caju): BRL 11.00 per day * Career development plan with growth opportunities * Education Assistance: 50% tuition reimbursement
