Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a civil construction manufacturing facility, ensuring productive workflow, quality, and achievement of targets. Opportunity for growth, autonomy, and leadership We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** with experience in the civil construction manufacturing sector to lead the production line for lightweight concrete panels. This professional will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring productive workflow, maintaining quality standards, and keeping operations safe, efficient, and aligned with company goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lightweight concrete panel (LightWall) production team; * Control execution of production orders, ensuring deadlines, targets, and quality; * Organize and allocate operational resources (materials, equipment, and labor); * Monitor and guide compliance with technical and safety standards; * Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction; * Track and manage performance indicators (productivity, rework, cycle time, etc.); * Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics departments; * Conduct operational training and monitor team performance; * Ensure good manufacturing practices, as well as proper storage and handling of panels. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Production, or related fields is desirable); * Proven experience as a production supervisor, team leader, or production supervisor; * Experience in civil construction industries, precast/pre-fabricated plants, or industrialized construction systems; * Practical knowledge of production processes involving lightweight concrete; * Skills in people management, task organization, and target tracking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree (Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields); * Experience in modular construction, drywall, pre-fabricated systems, or light construction systems; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies; * Experience with ERP systems or production control tools. **Hard Skills** * Coordination of industrial processes in civil construction; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and production orders; * Knowledge of molding, curing, and handling of lightweight concrete panels; * Monitoring of production indicators and quality control; * Team and shift management; * Knowledge of safety and quality regulations (NR-18, NR-12, etc.). *Here, you will have the opportunity to lead an innovative operation within an expanding industrial environment, directly contributing to a modern and sustainable construction system.
