Let’s get started… WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR OPERATIONAL LEADER? * Coordinate operational processes and allocate workforce, seeking to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer and company requirements. * Develop activity planning for your area and manage existing resources to ensure organizational requirements are met. * Allocate workforce to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer requirements. * Maintain constant contact with customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and establish action plans to resolve issues. * Analyze productivity of each team and of your department by reviewing appropriate spreadsheets to assess incoming cargo demand and schedule departmental activities. * Supervise comparison of file data against invoice (NF) data to confirm files are ready to generate Electronic Transport Documents (CT-e). * Support other operational activities within your area by guiding and clarifying questions regarding company processes and regulations. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
