Performance analysis and decision-making * **Team Management:** Train, guide, motivate, and develop team members. * **Process Supervision:** Ensure correct execution of tasks (receiving, warehousing, shipping). * **Monitoring and Analysis:** Track performance indicators (KPIs) and inventory levels. * **Problem Resolution:** Identify and correct inefficiencies to optimize operations. * **Communication:** Maintain clear and inspiring dialogue with the team and management. **Essential Skills:** * Leadership and empathy. * Microsoft Office suite. * Results- and deadline-oriented. * Technical knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, transportation, inventory management). * Analytical ability and decision-making skills.
