Job Summary: Lead and develop the logistics team, optimizing receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Working with computerized systems and people management * Lead, guide, and develop the logistics team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment; * Monitor and organize receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping processes; * Ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy; * Monitor area KPIs and propose continuous process improvements; * Ensure proper use of systems, procedures, and best logistics practices; * Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards (5S); * Interface with internal departments such as Production, PCP, Procurement, and Sales. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics; * Experience in logistics operations: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory; * Experience leading operational teams; * Prior experience with quality routines and implementation of the 5S methodology; * Knowledge of computerized systems (WMS, CONSISTEM, MOVTECH, TOTVS); * Experience in people management.
