Every detail counts.** **And it is through meticulous backstage care that great results happen.** We are looking for someone to join our team as a Backoffice Analyst – Sales Center — a person who values organization and processes, and who wishes to grow alongside a dynamic, collaborative commercial operation. **What will your day-to-day look like?** **You will be the essential support for the telesales team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. Key responsibilities include:** * Supporting the telesales operation with administrative and operational routines; * Controlling, updating, and analyzing commercial spreadsheets to ensure reliable information; * Registering and tracking orders in systems; * Monitoring the order journey, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Providing internal support to the sales team as a daily point of contact; * Assisting in the analysis of operational KPIs, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement; * Contributing to the standardization and evolution of departmental processes. **What we expect from your technical profile:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; * Aptitude for managing commercial information and data; * Prior experience in sales and/or telesales is considered a plus; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Our company values diversity and believes in the potential of all individuals.
