




JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing the store, leading the team to ensure administrative routines are carried out and vehicle rental targets are achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage store team activities and all support staff; Develop and validate work schedules, timekeeping records, and documentation of justifications for tardiness or absences; Monitor each employee’s performance indicators through evaluations and feedback, supporting development aligned with business needs; Negotiate with suppliers and partners; Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; Monitor and manage in-store service quality based on company performance indicators; Guide the team on corporate managerial and strategic guidelines, consistently fostering synergy and teamwork; Organize and maintain the workplace environment, coordinating the use of materials, supplies, resources, and services; Serve customers for routine and specific requests, including front-desk duties; Support recruitment processes coordinated by the HR team. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS TECHNICAL: Bachelor’s degree completed; Experience in leadership and people management; Solid automotive retail experience preferred; Valid driver’s license (Category B) required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; BEHAVIORAL: Strong communication skills; Courtesy; Dynamism; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Sense of urgency and decision-making capability. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Availability to work on a 6-days-on/1-day-off rotating schedule; Fixed salary + commission.
