If you thrive in a dynamic environment, focus on results, and enjoy people management, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities** ✔ Supervise all store operational routines (opening and closing) ✔ Ensure high-quality customer service ✔ Manage inventory, stocktaking, and supplies ✔ Maintain quality standards, food safety, and brand guidelines ✔ Monitor team performance and productivity ✔ Control operational costs (supplies, waste, energy, etc.) ✔ Track key metrics such as sales, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction ✔ Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and maintenance **Candidate Profile** ✔ High school diploma completed ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is a plus ✔ Prior experience as: * Store Manager * Assistant Store Manager * Supervisor (Preferably in restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés, or food retail) ✔ Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, stocktaking, and goal setting ✔ Leadership and team development skills ✔ Assertive communication and problem-solving abilities ✔ Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) **What We Expect From You** * Strategic mindset and results orientation * Proactivity and owner’s mentality * Operational organization and discipline * Ability to motivate and engage teams If you want to lead a dynamic operation focused on excellence and growth, send us your resume and join our team!
