Manage recruitment and payroll processes Currently, Freedom Engenharia works on infrastructure projects across the state of Santa Catarina and employs approximately 150 people, most of whom are based in Blumenau. We are seeking an HR Manager capable of balancing management–employee relations, resolving requests and complaints, conducting recruitment processes, processing payroll/closing payroll with accounting, managing physical time cards, mobile time-tracking apps, meal and food vouchers, overtime tracking, advances, deductions, employee documentation, terminations, salary accounts, vacation scheduling, and other related HR tasks as needed.
