Monitoring of maintenance KPIs and support to the team. Digital Recruitment Consulting is seeking a Senior PCM Planner in Indaial. RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Plan and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. Develop maintenance plans for machines, equipment, and industrial facilities. Track work orders and control backlog. Schedule machine shutdowns and overall plant shutdowns. Manage technical inventory of spare parts, materials, and tools, initiating procurement when necessary. Create and update maintenance plans in CMMS/ERP systems. Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, backlog, and costs). Support the maintenance team with technical information and priority definition. Collect data, prepare reports, and propose continuous improvements. Oversee outsourced services and related schedules. Previous experience as Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Planning Analyst, Maintenance Planning Coordinator, or Maintenance Planning Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
