Your mission will be: Support the development of sales teams through the creation, execution, and monitoring of training and development programs, ensuring knowledge dissemination, skill enhancement, and alignment with company goals and strategies. **These and all other advertised positions are available for PwD (People with Disabilities)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop learning content focused on the sales area, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives; * Deliver in-person and online training, promoting team development and dissemination of best sales practices; * Plan and develop training programs (internal and/or with external providers), monitoring results; * Organize resources, materials, and necessary structure for conducting trainings, workshops, and lectures; * Identify training needs with partner areas, proposing suitable solutions for identified demands; * Stay updated on products, services, and systems used by the company, ensuring quality and relevance of delivered content; * Create, maintain, analyze, and report departmental metrics. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Strong oral and written communication; Analytical, planning, and organizational skills; Ability to speak publicly and lead groups; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Teamwork and results focus; Flexibility and adaptability to different audiences and training formats. **Education:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Sales Management, or related fields. **Requirement:** Valid driver's license (CNH). **Sales and training experience is desirable.** **Additional information** **Working hours: Monday to Friday** 8:00 12:00 13:12 18:00 Opportunity for in-person work in Timbó.
