Send us your resume! **This and all other positions advertised are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle service requests from all company departments; * Support other units; * Provide remote assistance to technicians and customers when required; * Document active access records; * Verify Service Orders; * Monitor daily execution progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Customer service; Office Suite; IT knowledge. **Education:** Completed high school. Currently pursuing a technical course in Administration or IT. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
