Main responsibilities: * Coordinate operational teams (supervisors, team leaders, and operators), promoting activity development and organization; * Plan and control production, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets; * Monitor production processes (machining, CNC, welding, assembly), ensuring quality and technical compliance; * Track performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement improvements; * Drive continuous process improvement with focus on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction; * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (SSMA); * Interface with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Proven experience leading teams in the metallurgical industry, automotive parts, or machinery and equipment sectors; * Proficiency in machining processes (lathe, milling, machining center, and CNC); * Knowledge of CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc) and technical drawing interpretation; * Experience with continuous improvement tools (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, On-site meal, Life insurance, Transportation, Commuter allowance
