Job Summary: The professional will work as a Loom Mechanic, responsible for the operation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of weaving machines, ensuring the quality of produced fabrics. Collaboration with Production and Quality departments The professional will work as a Loom Mechanic, responsible for the operation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of weaving machines, ensuring full equipment functionality and the quality of produced fabrics. This is a technical position directly linked to factory productivity, requiring practical knowledge, agility in troubleshooting, and commitment to operational safety. Key responsibilities:\- Configure, adjust, and fine-tune looms according to specifications of products being manufactured.\- Monitor machine performance during the production process.\- Perform mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance, and electrical maintenance when necessary.\- Diagnose technical failures and act swiftly to prevent production stoppages.\- Ensure proper equipment operation, prioritizing safety and efficiency.\- Conduct periodic inspections of looms and peripherals.\- Replace parts, perform fine adjustments, and carry out technical calibrations.\- Record and document all maintenance activities, maintaining an updated history.\- Support operators with technical guidance on correct machine usage.\- Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to resolve operational issues.\- Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement, increased productivity, and cost reduction.
