Opportunity to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency We are looking for a committed and proactive professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial machinery, especially in plastic, extrusion, and grinding areas. Your primary objective will be to reduce unplanned downtime, ensuring greater equipment availability and efficiency. In addition to technical execution, we expect the professional to actively engage in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, proposing solutions and supporting the evolution of methods and controls applied to this area. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment; * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective solutions; * Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment availability; * Support control of consumables and spare parts; * Collaborate in developing and refining maintenance plans. Mandatory Requirements: * Technical training in industrial mechanics or maintenance; * Proven experience in heavy industrial mechanical maintenance; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Electrode/TIG/MIG welding; * Commitment to deadlines and quality of work; * Collaborative profile, focused on results and continuous improvement.
